Kristin Fries Sharpe, Founder and President
Kristin Fries Sharpe established ACF Solutions in 2003, convinced that a technology consulting firm could exceed client expectations and provide a great career opportunity for employees. Her efforts at ACF have been dedicated to understanding and achieving client goals on each engagement while working with employees to understand and help them achieve their professional aspirations.

 

Prior experience: 14 years in technology and communications, most of them at Accenture, consulting with major North American telecommunications companies.

Doug Sharpe, Vice President
Doug Sharpe brings a background in complex information systems implementation, revenue stream business processes, and technical architecture to ACF Solutions. He provides technical leadership and consulting expertise to clients and works closely with engagement teams.  He is also the ACF Solutions salesforce.com practice lead.

Steve Wohleking, Account Manager
Steve Wohleking works with prospective and existing ACF Solutions clients to deliver outstanding consulting services by understanding their needs and planning solutions to meet those needs. 

Lori Shearin, Human Resources Manager
Lori Shearin sources, recruits, and hires all new consultants.  She ensures that each new employee has outstanding technical and business expertise, and that each employee’s professional aspirations can be satisfied through a career with ACF Solutions.  Lori also works closely with other management team members to create new internal structure and programs.

Kathy Bartnick, Operations Manager
Kathy Bartnick manages policies and procedures and administers company benefit programs. Kathy works directly with each employee to ensure that the employee successfully assimilates and grows within the organization. Kathy also plans and organizes all company events.
