Business Analyst
Project Manager
Salesforce.com Practitioners

Business Analyst
Business analysts assist our clients in designing high-impact applications by performing a variety of functions including requirements analysis, business process and system design, program management, and meeting facilitation.

In addition to excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse groups and teams, the position requires the following skills and experience:

• Implement systems for the full life cycle, focusing on requirements analysis
• Interviewing users
• Creating functional and/or technical designs, specifications, and use cases
• Conducting requirements-gathering sessions (including scheduling, agendas, documentation and feedback) with different users
• Facilitating JAD sessions
• Communicating requirements to developers
• Working with the development team and end users to resolve issues

Project Manager
Project managers drive requirements analysis and design for projects involving new applications and enhancements. Basic responsibilities include the following:

• Supervising and mentoring teams of analysts throughout the implementation life cycle
• Developing and managing project plans for development activities
• Developing implementation plans for projects, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, work plans, and cost estimates
• Identifying and solving problems
• Managing and mitigating risks
• Supporting efforts to expand ACF Solutions’ presence at client locations
• Monitoring and achieving project financial objectives
• Pursuing other business development leads

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Control of project scope, cost, schedule, and quality
• CRM (salesforce.com experience desirable but not required)
• COTS implementation experience
• Programming supervision experience
• Project management experience
• Solid organizational and communications skills

Salesforce.com Practitioners
To support our rapidly expanding salesforce.com consulting practice, we are hiring full-time employees in our Reston, VA, and Chicago, IL locations with experience and interest in one of the following roles:

(1) Salesforce.com Analyst

• Revenue stream business process analysis and design
• Salesforce.com design and configuration
• Data design, conversion, and quality management
• Customized training development and delivery

(2) Salesforce.com Developer

• S-Control development using AJAX toolkit and the Apex API
• Apex Code development, including SOAP web services and XML
• External system integration using tools such as Cast Iron
• Custom webpage design and development using HTML, Javascript, and Visualforce

Regardless of role, all candidates need to demonstrate strong consulting and client relations skills, including communications, problem solving, and flexibility. A good sense of humor and occasional business travel are also required.
