RaySat: Independently Managing and Assuring Quality

Problem: A satellite TV/internet antenna manufacturer had contracted with a third-party software firm to develop and host its e-commerce website and customer service system.  However, the client had no internal IT department and no time to effectively manage the third-party development company. 
 
Solution: Provide independent project management, requirements analysis, and vendor management to drive the business systems initiatives.

Results: The IT initiatives met the business needs, were completed in a timely manner, and were developed within budget. The third-party vendor was effectively managed with respect to establishing estimates, software release processes, and service level agreements and procedures.
